Changes
GraphicJet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Agreement will be effective when notice of such change is posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
GraphicJet may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the GraphicJet Site, including the availability of any features of the Site, at any time. GraphicJet may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Site without notice or liability.

Ordering System
GraphicJet currently uses ecommerce software for managing orders placed online. Please see the Privacy page for further detail on how we keep your information secure and private. Order receipt is confirmed automatically by the system with a status of "Pending". If you do not receive an email automatically after placing your order then our system either has an incorrect email address or the order process did not complete to the "Thank you for ordering" page. Orders are then checked manually to confirm that everything required to fufill the order has been entered and that the order can be processed and shipped within the default shipping time. At this time another email will be sent changing the status to "Processing". There will be a final email sent that updates the order status to "Delivered" when the order has been handed over to the Post Office or other shipping method such as UPS.
